ESTABLISHED IN 1996

Founded by Robert Marks, we have been serving all five boroughs of NYC in their land surveying needs for over 20 years. From individual title/boundary surveys to sewer and major construction layout & as-builts, we pride ourselves on the high level of service and excellence we provide to our clients, from start to finish.

We are an approved NYC Vendor, having worked with many city agencies, including but not limited to: the School Construction Authority, the DDC, Department of Environmental Protection, Dept. of Environmental Conservation, HUD, Dormitory Authority, and the NYC Parks Dept.

We also have a good working relationship with multiple cemeteries and have completed hundreds of miles of sewer layout throughout every boro of NYC.
